The Bachelor of Business Law at SGPP Indonesia trains students in legal reasoning, business law, and regulatory frameworks, with a distinct concentration in investment.
Students learn how law shapes business transactions, corporate decisions, and investment activity, developing the judgment to navigate commercial environments where the rules themselves keep changing.
The program prepares graduates for careers beyond the courtroom — legal practice, transaction and investment advisory, corporate governance, compliance, public affairs, and regulatory strategy, as well as research, academia, and entrepreneurship, and other paths where law, business, and investment meet.

Learning Beyond Legal Theory
At SGPP, students engage with law as it actually operates, not just as it’s written. Classes are built around case-based learning, open dialogue, and guided inquiry — working through real business and legal scenarios rather than static problems, and testing their reasoning in discussion rather than only on paper.
This builds more than legal knowledge. Working through live cases and unresolved questions develops the judgment to read a regulatory shift before it’s fully written, or to see how a legally correct answer can still be the wrong commercial call — the kind of thinking that carries into legal, business, investment, and advisory roles alike.
